• Financial Institutions must operate under appropriate regulatory frameworks in their jurisdiction.

2.2 Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Misrepresentation of identity or fraudulent account creation will result in immediate suspension or termination.

3. Services Offered

The platform offers:

1. Property Listings: For Property Owners, Real Estate Agencies, and Real Estate Agents to advertise properties for sale or rent.
2. Search Tools: For Tenants and Buyers to locate suitable properties.
3. Financial Services Directory: For Financial Institutions to promote loan or mortgage products.

4. Responsibilities and Liabilities of Users

4.1 Property Owners

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all property listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and photographs.
• Disclose any known defects or legal encumbrances on the property.
• Comply with all local and national laws regarding property ownership, sales, and rentals, including taxation.

Liabilities:

• Property Owners are solely liable for inaccuracies or misrepresentations in their listings.
• OpenRealEstateTT.com is not responsible for verifying ownership or the condition of properties listed by Property Owners.
• Property Owners agree to indemnify the platform against any claims arising from legal disputes, undisclosed defects, or other issues related to their properties.

4.2 Real Estate Agencies and Agents

Responsibilities:

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate property listings.
• Clearly communicate terms of sale or lease to potential buyers and renters.
• Operate in compliance with licensing regulations and real estate laws.

Liabilities:

• Agencies and Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and representations to Users.
• Any disputes arising from sales or leases are the sole responsibility of the Agencies and Agents involved.
• OpenRealEstateTT.com assumes no liability for fraudulent or unethical practices by Agencies or Agents.

4.3 Financial Institutions

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all advertised loan and mortgage products comply with financial regulations.
• Provide clear and transparent terms, conditions, and interest rates.
• Assist Users with accurate financial advice and services.

Liabilities:

• Financial Institutions are liable for any misrepresentation of financial products or failure to comply with local regulations.
• OpenRealEstateTT.com does not guarantee or endorse any financial products listed on the platform.

4.4 Tenants and Buyers

Responsibilities:

• Conduct due diligence on properties before entering into rental or purchase agreements.
• Ensure their financial readiness and compliance with legal requirements for property transactions.

Liabilities:

• Tenants and Buyers assume all risks associated with entering into contracts with Property Owners, Agencies, or Financial Institutions.
• OpenRealEstateTT.com is not liable for disputes related to tenancy agreements, unpaid rent, or failure to secure ownership.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

1. Post false or misleading property or financial information.
2. Use the platform to conduct illegal activities, such as money laundering or fraud.
3. Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others by uploading unauthorized content.
4. Exploit the platform for spam, phishing, or other malicious activities.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, and legal action.

6. Fees and Payments

• Listing Fees: Property Owners, Agencies, and Financial Institutions may be charged fees for premium or promotional services.
• Payment Terms: Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

7. Content Ownership and Licensing

• Users retain ownership of all content they upload.

8. Platform Liabilities
